Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on pricing, turnaround, in-shop inspection, insurance, and how OCRV Center works on your RV or vehicle.
Pricing and Billing
How much does RV repair cost in Mission Viejo?
It depends on the work. Body and paint labor runs $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical run $260 per hour, and diagnostics run $285 per hour with a one hour minimum credited to an authorized repair. Small jobs start a few hundred dollars while collision, structural, or a full interior remodel can run much higher. We give a written quote after an in-shop inspection. See the price guide for ballpark ranges by service.
Do you charge for an evaluation or estimate?
An RV systems evaluation is $150 and is credited toward an authorized repair. A full pre-purchase inspection with a written report runs $400 to $1,200. Collision claims are documented and billed to your insurance carrier.
Do you require a deposit?
Larger jobs take a deposit at authorization, with the balance due at pickup. Special order parts are ordered on a deposit. We accept card and other standard payment methods.
Turnaround and Process
How long will my RV be in the shop?
A light service can turn in a day or two. Collision, structural, roof, or a full interior remodel that needs parts typically runs from several days to a few weeks depending on scope and parts availability. We keep you updated at every stage.
How does your repair process work?
You drop the vehicle at our Yorba Linda shop, we inspect it, then you get a written itemized quote to approve before any work starts. We repair in-shop with updates, run a final quality check, and hand it back with digital records.
In-Shop and Drop-Off
Do you offer mobile or roadside RV repair in Mission Viejo?
No. OCRV Center is an in-shop facility, so all work is done at our Yorba Linda shop, a straightforward drive up the 5 and 91 from Mission Viejo. Working in-shop lets us handle collision, paint, structural, and systems work correctly under one roof. If your RV is not drivable, we can point you to a trusted tow service.
Where are you located and how far is it from Mission Viejo?
We are at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda, an easy drive from Mission Viejo up the 5 and 91. Many Mission Viejo and Orange County RV, fifth wheel, trailer, and commercial vehicle owners bring their vehicles here for specialist work.
Vehicles and Services
What types of vehicles do you repair?
We repair RVs and motorhomes, campers, fifth wheels, travel trailers, vans and Sprinter vans, commercial and heavy trucks, buses and municipal fleet vehicles, specialty and electric vehicles including Rivian, and mobile business vehicles like food trucks.
Do you do collision, paint, and structural work in-house?
Yes. Collision, frame and structural straightening, fiberglass and delamination, paint and refinish, body and dent work all happen in our bays, so your vehicle is not shuttled between multiple vendors.
Can you repair the systems inside my RV too?
Yes. Beyond bodywork we service roofs, slide-outs, and awnings, plus electrical, solar, generators, plumbing and tanks, appliances, and full interior remodeling.
Insurance Claims
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. OCRV Center is an insurance repair specialist. We photograph and document damage to insurance standard, write line-item estimates, handle supplements with the adjuster, and bill major carriers directly so you handle less paperwork. You pay your deductible and we settle the rest with your carrier.
Which insurance carriers do you work with?
We work with the major carriers, including Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Mercury, Liberty Mutual, AAA, Foremost, and others. Bring your claim number and adjuster contact and we take it from there.
