Typical time: By appointmentCall (949) 799-3387 or request service online and bring your RV, camper, trailer, van, or commercial vehicle to our Yorba Linda shop. In-shop service only, by drop-off.

In-Shop Inspection and Evaluation
Typical time: Usually within a dayOur technicians inspect the vehicle in our bays, document the damage, and pinpoint what the repair actually needs. Diagnostic time carries a one hour minimum that is credited toward an authorized repair.

Written Estimate and Approval
Typical time: Before any workYou get an itemized written estimate with transparent labor rates. Nothing moves forward until you approve the scope and the cost, and for insurance work we document to carrier standard.

In-Shop Repair
Typical time: Scope dependentOur technicians complete collision, paint, structural, fiberglass, and systems work in our bays and keep you updated at each stage, with the right parts sourced for your vehicle.

Quality Check and Test
Typical time: After repairBefore handover we inspect the finished work, check panel fit and paint match, and verify systems so the vehicle leaves the way it should.

Handover with Digital Records
Typical time: Pickup dayWe hand back a clean vehicle with digital records of the work done, documented and photographed for your files.
