Real Results
Mission Viejo RV owners trust our work
A truck clipped the rear cap of our Class A on the 5. OCRV handled the whole insurance claim, matched the paint, and rebuilt the fiberglass. It looks factory again and I barely touched a form.
Our fifth wheel roof was leaking into the bunkhouse. They found the real source, replaced the membrane, and resealed everything. Dry through the whole rainy season since.
Slide-out stopped halfway and I thought I needed a whole new room. They diagnosed the mechanism, replaced the seals and motor, and it glides again. Straight talk the whole way.
Transparent Mission Viejo pricing
No mystery quotes. Body and paint labor runs $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical run $260 per hour, and we give a written estimate after inspecting the vehicle. See ballpark ranges for every service on the price guide.

What a Mission Viejo RV Owner Should Photograph Before the Adjuster Sees the Damage
Photograph the whole vehicle, the damage in context, and every close detail before the adjuster arrives, because the claim is built largely from what you can prove on day one.

When a Total Loss Call on Your Motorhome Is Wrong, and How We Push Back
An insurer can call a motorhome a total loss when repair cost approaches its stated value, but that number is often built fast on retail parts pricing, and a detailed repair plan can change it.
RV, Camper, and Fifth Wheel Repair Tips
Why South OC Fifth Wheel Roofs Fail First, and the Repair Sequence We Follow
Fifth wheel roofs usually fail before the walls because the membrane, the seams, and the front cap take the most sun, flex, and standing water, so the fix has to start at the leak source, not the stain inside.
Frequently asked questions
How much does RV repair cost in Mission Viejo?
It depends on the work. Body and paint labor runs $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical run $260 per hour, and diagnostics run $285 per hour with a one hour minimum credited to an authorized repair. Small jobs start a few hundred dollars while collision, structural, or a full interior remodel can run much higher. We give a written quote after an in-shop inspection. See the price guide for ballpark ranges by service.
Do you charge for an evaluation or estimate?
An RV systems evaluation is $150 and is credited toward an authorized repair. A full pre-purchase inspection with a written report runs $400 to $1,200. Collision claims are documented and billed to your insurance carrier.
Do you require a deposit?
Larger jobs take a deposit at authorization, with the balance due at pickup. Special order parts are ordered on a deposit. We accept card and other standard payment methods.
How long will my RV be in the shop?
A light service can turn in a day or two. Collision, structural, roof, or a full interior remodel that needs parts typically runs from several days to a few weeks depending on scope and parts availability. We keep you updated at every stage.
How does your repair process work?
You drop the vehicle at our Yorba Linda shop, we inspect it, then you get a written itemized quote to approve before any work starts. We repair in-shop with updates, run a final quality check, and hand it back with digital records.
Do you offer mobile or roadside RV repair in Mission Viejo?
No. OCRV Center is an in-shop facility, so all work is done at our Yorba Linda shop, a straightforward drive up the 5 and 91 from Mission Viejo. Working in-shop lets us handle collision, paint, structural, and systems work correctly under one roof. If your RV is not drivable, we can point you to a trusted tow service.
